solving this problem: according to UseMod:UseModWikiBugs with [action=unlock], first time error wasn't cleared, 2nd time error disappeared. see also UseMod:Actions

** solution: with the action [action=unlock] according to UseMod:UseModWikiBugs. first time error wasn't cleared, after the 2nd time everything went okay. see also UseMod:Actions
